• Services: All items are carefully packaged and shipped via Australia Post. Express post options are available for an additional charge at checkout.
• International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Returns and Refunds

At Sparkle Stationery, we want you to be delighted with your new treasures. We carefully inspect every item before it reaches you.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at admin@sparklestationery.com.au within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage. We will happily arrange a replacement or a refund.
• Change of Mind: We are unable to offer refunds for “change of mind” requests, as our pieces are lovingly curated for you.
• Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Safety and Choking Hazard Disclaimer

• Supervision: Products are intended for use only under strict adult supervision. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to determine if a product is age-appropriate.
• Small Parts: We advise that all small items be kept out of reach of infants, toddlers, or any children who may place objects in their mouths or other parts of their bodies.

• Protection: Each customised sticker contains a hidden copyright mark to safeguard our unique creations. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any designs is strictly prohibited.
• Customised Stickers: For our bespoke premium stickers ordered on request, pricing varies based on design complexity and order quantity.

Subscription Boxes

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle via email.
• Contents: Each box is curated with surprise items that may vary each month, providing a new experience with every delivery.

Privacy and Data Collection

• Information Collected: To process your transaction and deliver your order, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and phone number. We may also use your email to send newsletters and offers. This information is not shared with third parties, except as required for payment processing.
• Secure Payments via Stripe: We use Stripe to handle payments securely.
