Postage costs within Australia are included in the cost of the item.  International postage costs are an extra cost based on what part of the world you are in.  Ask for a quote in the 'Order Notes' box at checkout.  A separate email will be sent to you with the cost.  Postage costs are as at Australia Post charges.

To keep costs low for you, stickers and sticker packs, paper clips and generally flat items are shipped in reinforced, stay-flat envelopes to prevent bending.  Larger items such as or toy and craft  kits are shipped in padded mailers or sturdy boxes.  Every care is taken to make sure your items arrive safely to your door.

 We want you to love your new items! If you are unsatisfied, we accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Reach out via our email for any queries.

 Oh no! We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen during transit. if something arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.

 At Sparkle Stationery, we believe your creative journey should be stress-free, which is why you can cancel your subscription at any time without being locked into a long-term contract or ongoing arrangement. If you choose to cancel after a subscription box has already been dispatched, your membership will officially cease immediately following the receipt of that final box. While we do not offer manual customisation for individual boxes, we take great care to curate each one based on the preferences you shared in our "Favourite Things" welcome email. Every delivery is designed as a delightful surprise, featuring a unique mix of cute stationery items—from stickers and clips to pens and paper—tailored to the styles and themes you love most.

Absolutely! We would love to bring your unique vision to life with a bespoke sticker design created just for you. Whether you have a specific character in mind or want a caricature version of  a photograph, we can create an individualized set by request.

Choosing the right finish depends on the look and feel you want for your stationery:

Glossy Finish: These stickers have a high-shine, polished surface that makes colours appear more vibrant and "pop" with intensity. They are perfect for eye-catching designs and are generally more resistant to the elements, making them a great choice for items that get a lot of handling.

Matte Finish: These stickers offer a smooth, non-reflective surface that provides a sophisticated and soft appearance. Because they don't produce a glare under bright lights, they have a professional, "velvet-like" feel and are ideal for planners or journals where you want a more subtle, artistic look.
