  • Postage and packaging: All of our items are packaged well and posted using Australia Post services.  Express post via Australia Post is at an extra charge at checkout.

  • Design and Pricing: Our premium customized stickers are uniquely designed by Sparkle Stationery. Pricing will vary based on design complexity and order quantity.
  • Copyright: Copying of sticker & stationery designs is prohibited.
  1. Subscription Boxes
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle via email.
  • Contents: Each box is curated with surprise items that may vary each month, providing a new experience with every delivery.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Sparkle Stationery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • These terms may be updated occasionally, and continued use of our site signifies acceptance of any changes.
  1. Returns:
  • Returns: Refunds are not available unless the item received is defective.  This does not include damage via postage, in this case please consider postal insurance as an add on at the check out page.
